What surprised me was that it took me back to my grandma’s history in cooking. It is also popular among children which qualifies it to be one of the family restaurants near Gare du Nord.

La Maison de la Truffe is without a doubt worth it, if you’re willing to spend a fortune, that is. The menu perfectly showcases truffles through the dishes. The taste was so amazing, I almost went overboard with the truffle risotto!

This was a great place to have lunch. I had a satisfying croque monsieur from L’Express de Lyon. My Experiences

I indeed loved my first visit to Indian Curry House and can say that all such restaurants have features that are uniquely different. And at Le Nord Brasserie, I ended up speaking to a few local patrons with whom we struck a chord and they suggested steak frites, which is one of the dishes on the Menu. Their enthusiasm only added fun to the meal and though it was fleeting, I felt I was wrapped in the culture of Paris.

The beautifully assembled plates provided a beautiful backdrop setting watching aromas circulate the five stars establishment Chez Janou, where I felt so closely catered to by their great hospitality as though it was a Coventry residence.

I can still remember the great excitement I had with the first plates brought to my table, the end result was a feeling of overall delicateness even when the truffle was encased in a buttery sauce which was part of the truffle risotto at La Maison de la Truffe.
