The duck confit that I ordered didn’t let me down either, the meat was nicely tender and bursting with beefy goodness while the skin was nice and crispy, it made for a great combination. I couldn’t help but follow it up with crème brûlée, which is how French cuisine is supposed to be: a silky center that is charmingly crunchy on the outside.

My Experience

The innovation and personalization that has been put behind every dish is something that headed me to La Table du Marché sea bass. I knew that I was looking for something unique but pan grilled sea bass was still I would pick la Table du Marché to cook it for me as it is familiar with the blends of seasoning and garnishes to go well with them. And the best part, the grill gave it a Luck Golden crust color which was delicately and beautifully embedded over a floral vegetable medley.

Also the French wine selection was very good as some excellent local wines matched the food very well.
